Our short term packages cater for people with short term needs for example:Lets say your currect Personal assistant/secretary is going on leave or maternity leave and you need someone to take over his/her office duties such as typing,filing,customer mailing etc...Thats where we come in, with theses packages we offer you an afordable solution...OnlinePA short term packages.

We also have two payment options: you can either pay the full contract amount up-front and receive a 3% discount.

OR

You can pay the amount over the months of contract but a 20% of the total contract amount is to be paid up-front.(this only aplies to contracts 3months or more)

Maternity Leave solution Package (4 month Package)

This package is designed for those in need of someone to take over the duties of a staff member on maternity leave.(please note the time frame has been worked out according to the basic labour law maternity leave period)This package includes the following:

  • General Office Admin

  • General Filling

  • Customer mailing Liason

  • Diary Planing

  • 1x weekly consultation (at Your office)to receive documentation and give report.(Gauteng only) Otherwise consultation done by phone,email etc..

  • 2 hours twice a week for all the above metioned duties(at our Office's)

  • Emailing,Mailing,Faxing etc

  • General Office duties (within Reason)

Please note all these duties are done from our offices,not yours, so making coffee and so on does not apply!:-)

Cost Excluding Vat: R14000.00

Cost Inclusive of Vat: R15960.00

Monthly Cost (less 10% of up front amount): R3591.00
