Q:Can I renew my contract when the contract period is nearly up?

A:Yes of course you can,Within the last month of the contract you have the option of extending your contract for what ever period you choose.

Q:Can i renew my contract once my contract period is finished?

A:Yes you can,But we take two days to reevaluate you as a customer and the contract fee's might of changed over the years

Q:If i choose to pay monthly, will my monthly contributions go up at any point?

A:It might go up if the vat goes up.vat is currently sitting at 14%.Otherwise your monthly payment will not go up during the contract period.

Q:What happens if i cannot make a payment one month?

A:Once you have notified us We give you one week to make the payment if you still cant then we suspend the contract until the payment is made.After one month if the payment is not made we cancel the contract on you loose your 10% of gross amount paid on the signing of the contract.

Q:What if i decide i want to cancel my contract?

A:You Pay Monthly payments:You will not be refunded any monies paid to date

You paid up front:Depends on the reason you are canceling the contract.
